The Presentation Synchronizer software is designed to allow you to put your presentation notes on your laptop screen and at the same time show your regular PowerPoint graphics to your audience via a projector attached to the same computer. It uses the two monitor feature of newer Microsoft Windows laptops which allows you to have a different image on the laptop screen than what is projected to the audience. By putting your notes in a PowerPoint presentation that matches your audience

graphics, you can have the flexibility to make the notes in as large a font size as you like. You may also have multiple pages of notes for one audience graphic, and the Presentation Synchronizer software keeps both presentations in synch.
Presentation Synchronizer is easy to use. You simply check the box for two monitor operation and the software automatically turns on two monitor mode for your computer. Then choose a PowerPoint presentation to show on the laptop screen and a different presentation to show on the projector or create your own. The new editor has many new features that allow you to make notes presentations that match up with your audience graphics. Click the start button and the software does the rest. When you click the mouse or press the Page Down key (or use a remote control that does either of these features) the Presentation Synchronizer software advances both presentations. If you have multiple pages of notes for one page of audience graphics, it will advance the notes only, maintaining the synchronization of the two presentations.
There are two versions of this software: the Basic Version and the Full Versions (sometimes we call it the advanced version.) The Basic Version is distributed for use with
prepared presentations such as Truth for Today, Hope for Tomorrow, Truth for Youth, The H.E.R. Abundant Living Health talks, and the soon to be released Revelation of Hope.
The full version also works with these programs, but allows you to also create and use your own notes with your own PowerPoint presentations. You can choose your own PowerPoint presentation then tell the Synchronizer software
to create notes slides for it. The actual notes can reside in a Word document or other text file, or you can import text from the Notes field of a PowerPoint Presentation.
Another feature of the full version is the ability to synchronize a presentation with a copy of itself. You see the regular presentation on the projector, but the same presentation is shown on the laptop screen and you always see the next slide or animated point. So you never have to guess what is coming next!
Requirements: Windows XP and PowerPoint 2003 or later and a laptop or desktop computer with dual monitor capability.
